Me Nektaria Fragos is a lawyer in the Corporate & Commercial group, with a focus on corporate & commercial law, M&A, financing and real estate matters.
She has led and driven recurring divestitures for a leading franchisor group, as well as played an integral role in securing credit facilities and addressing the group’s most pressing business needs.
Nektaria has been involved in an array of cross-border matters, ranging from opining on a real estate issue between Québec and a foreign government, negotiating International Swaps and Derivatives Agreement schedules, and facilitating the purchase of a 600-million EUR asset in Greece.
Having previously been seconded to a multinational corporation, Nektaria fully understands and upholds her clients’ day-to-day business needs with the highest professional integrity. Her eagerness to travel and commitment to expanding her practice has led her to pursue entry to other Canadian and foreign bars.
