- Acted for Royal Bank of Canada in the course of a commercial financing totaling $50M for the purposes of a large-scale business acquisition, including a blend of immovable and movable commercial financing;
- Acted for an institutional lender in the course of a commercial financing for the purposes of a business acquisition totaling over $24M;
- Acted for an important private client in the course of a combination of restructuring, acquisition and estate planning matters, including publicly traded stock, totaling over $180M;
- Acted for an important private client in the course of the negotiation a complex refinancing of commercial credit facilities totaling over $22M;
- Acted for purchasers in the course of the due diligence and acquisition of various real estate complexes, including shopping malls, office buildings, industrial buildings and land for the purpose of large-scale residential development projects;
- Regularly advised and represented purchasers regarding corporate structuring and set-up of Limited Partnerships for the acquisition of major real estate development projects;
- Represented the interests of large-scale landlords and real estate investment firms in the course of commercial leasing and lease negotiations with public corporations;
