Vincent’s practice covers business law, corporate law and employment law. He advises both growing SMEs and large organisations on all their legal needs: from corporate structuring and the negotiation of commercial contracts to strategic advice on employment and industrial relations. As a mediator accredited by the Quebec Bar, he stands out for his ability to prevent disputes and resolve them in a sustainable manner.
