Me David B. Paquette’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating contractual agreements and commercial leases.
David advises and assist clients of mid-sized and high-growth companies in complex acquisitions and transactions, negotiating key terms and drafting agreements to ensure that their interests are protected. He works closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop customized, pragmatic legal strategies to help them achieve their goals.
Committed and thorough in his work, David recognizes the importance of establishing strong interpersonal relationships with his clients in order to support them in their business projects.
With a keen interest in sports law, David also acts as legal counsel for Vantage Sports Agency, an emerging Canadian sports agency.
