About.

Marie L’Allier is a lawyer specialized in business law, with a particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions and employment law. Her extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation enables her to anticipate and prevent potential conflicts in the transactions she handles, ensuring that her clients’ interests are protected.
