Bio.
Stacey completed a B.A. in Linguistic Studies in 2016 and graduated from Université de Montréal Law School in 2020. She subsequently obtained a graduate diploma in Common Law, JD in 2021, following which she completed her bar school and articled with BLP Avocats.
A member of the Quebec Bar since 2021, Stacey practices primarily in business law. She regularly assists her colleagues in many different types of cases, touching on a wide variety of civil and commercial matters, including commercial litigation, estate law and commercial law.

- Represented trustees in complex shareholder dispute over reorganization of trust structure;
- Represented a majority shareholder in a shareholder dispute within a company with a business record valued at $15 million;
- Represented various clients in latent defect and construction liability claims against contractors and developers;
- Advised the majority shareholders of a major franchise network in connection with a buyout and acquisition of several minority shareholders in the network;
- Representation in a construction dispute involving various insurers;
- Represented the liquidator of a large and complex estate;
- Representation of property owners in housing law disputes.
