Bio.
For nearly 20 years, Ugo's practice has focused on civil and commercial litigation, as well as real estate law. On numerous occasions, he has also represented clients in extraordinary and urgent appeals, particularly in injunctive proceedings. He is renowned for his rigorous defense of his clients' rights, while always keeping their best business interests in mind.
Although he is a litigator, Ugo utilizes a practical approach to the law that enables him to consider all legal and commercial aspects of any file, to prioritize strategies that will best suit his clients and their business needs. As a result, he has been able to maintain a business relationship with his clients for many years.
It was against this backdrop that he co-founded BLP Avocats, to meet the needs of business clients seeking not only legal advice, but also guidance in all aspects of their corporate activities.
Prior to co-founding the firm, Ugo spent almost 10 years as a partner in the law firm where he had previously worked, which inspired him to lead a team and act as a mentor to young professionals.
