Bio.
After articling with BLP Avocats, Lee Rapkin was recently called to the bar in January 2024. She began her practice in litigation, with a particular interest in civil law, trademark law and intellectual property.
Today, her practice focuses on general civil litigation, commercial litigation, labour law, as well as intellectual property and trademarks. Lee has a highly diversified academic background, including a paralegal technology diploma from O'Sullivan College, a bachelor's degree in sociology and political science from Concordia University, and a law degree from the University of Ottawa.
Thanks to her enriched training, Lee is able to apply her knowledge in a variety of legal contexts and has a diverse set of tools enabling her to effectively resolve complex legal issues.

Selected Experience.
- Drafting and preparation of legal proceedings, including the drafting of legal documents such as formal notices, applications to institute proceedings and safeguard orders;
- Conduct in-depth legal research to provide clients with comprehensive and informed representation;
- Support lead counsel and represent clients in legal proceedings before the Superior Court and the Court of Quebec;
- Legal representation in residential litigation before the Régie du logement;
- Participated in legal proceedings concerning a family trust dispute;
- Preparation of all trademark registration procedures, from initial filing to finalization, including preliminary conflict searches.
