Stéphanie Roy

About.

Me Stéphanie Roy began her career in a traditional notary's office, where she acquired extensive experience in various fields of law, including personal law, real estate and business law. However, her growing interest in corporate and commercial law led her to join BLP Lawyers in January 2024. Her objective was to contribute to the opening of a notarial department in order to respond comprehensively and effectively to the varied needs of the firm's clientele, strengthening the range of services offered thanks to her expertise in real estate, family law and commercial transactions.

Nowadays, Stéphanie focuses mainly on corporate and commercial law, while retaining a strong interest in real estate matters. She is regularly solicited to provide her notarial expertise to a variety of cases. These cases include complex real estate transactions, corporate reorganizations, non-contentious proceedings and commercial matters.

Driven by a natural curiosity and a willingness to learn, Stéphanie thrives in both her role as a public officer and as a legal advisor. She takes on each new challenge with determination, using her expertise as a notary to offer her customers informed advice and tailored solutions.
